| About JB Howard...
JB Howard is a member of the Hampshire County and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Dartmouth Lawyers Association. He received an AB degree from Dartmouth College in 1970 and the Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School in 1975. He has maintained a law practice in Northampton, Massachusetts since 1976, and his offices at 4 Market Street in Downtown Northampton are conveniently located near the Hall of Records and the Hampshire County Courthouse. The offices are fully handicapped-accessible. Over his many years of practice, JB has developed and maintained close working relationships with his legal colleagues as well as local Realtors® and real estate agents, bankers, loan officers, auctioneers, appraisers, and financial service professionals. |

Originally
from Hatfield, Massachusetts, he grew up in Easthampton, attended
local schools and graduated from Deerfield Academy in 1966. He now
resides in the Hampshire County hilltown of Chesterfield,
where he has served as Town Moderator since 1982. The experience
of living in a rural town has helped to hone his skills in dealing
with the unique challenges facing sellers and buyers of country homes
and property.
He prides himself in the personal attention he gives to each and every one of his clients. His ability to explain the complexitites of the law in plain English has helped clients make wise and informed decisions concerning the legal matters at hand. JB Howard was honored as the Hampshire County recipient of the 2007 Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service Award. |
